  • The above models are warrantied by the manufacturer, PEMF Systems, Inc., to operate properly for a period of three (3) years from the date of the original purchase invoice.
  • When specifically designated on an invoice, Magnus Magnetica will include an optional Extended Limited Warranty.
  • Review your invoice for the length of your Extended Limited Warranty, if you purchased one.

  • Extended Limited Warranties are available for devices sold in the U.S. and Canadian markets only.
  • Keep your PEMF Device clean and dust free. Sometimes a factory reset of your device will remove any glitches your device starts to exhibit.

+ The 99% Uptime Guarantee Defined

  • The guarantee is a commitment to our buyers that during the standard warranty period Magnus Magnetica will guarantee a working device for 99% of the time (certain time exclusions are applied).
  • Which devices are eligible?
  • All new PEMF Devices purchased after August 1, 2019 are eligible for the guarantee. The buyer is eligible for benefits #1 through #6 listed in "When a Factory “In-Warranty” Repair is Required" under the "Need a Loaner?" section.
  • How is it calculated? The 99% Uptime Guarantee is calculated based upon the total number of days in the 3-year Standard Warranty period.
  • 365 days per year x 3 years = 1,095 days
  • 99% of 1,095 days = 1,084 days
  • The downtime should be no greater than 11 days during the designed PEMF Device's warranty period.
    • Downtime is based upon the actual days required by the factory to make repairs to a PEMF Device. Downtime does not include:
      • Any days required to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
      • Any shipping days required to deliver the PEMF Device to the repair facility and back to the buyer.
      • Any days from the time the device arrives at the repair facility until the actual work commences on the device.

+ Factory and Extended Warranties do not cover the following:

  • Labor Costs to repair any device
  • Device damage due to dropping, water or excessive moisture.
  • Damages from being stepped on or any damage to delivery loops.
  • Internal circuit boards and components damaged due to the device being powered by 'dirty' electrical sources.
  • Accessories overly stressed from pulling or stretching.
  • Device part(s) which are damaged as a result of accessories being overly stressed.
  • Connectors being improperly pulled from device.
  • Mag Discs that are chipped or cracked due to being dropped or banged around.
  • Devices which are over-labeled on top of existing Magnus Magnetica brand labels with another brand, or removing any brand labels which were originally and permanently adhered to the device.[**][2]
  • Removal or obscuring of the label bearing the device's serial number.

+ Is there ever a charge by the repair facility, or Magnus Magnetica, when a device is still under warranty?

  • If a PEMF Device is sent to the factory more than once in any 18-month period and no issues are discovered and no repairs are required, fees will be charged as follows:
    • Discovery of "no issue/no repair" on the second submission occurring within 360 days from device's prior submission will incur a $150.00 service fee along with the return Fedex shipping fees.
    • If a loaner has been supplied, either at no charge or the minimum daily charge, a $1,000.00 rental fee shall be imposed and deducted from the security deposit.

+ In-Warranty repairs and Loaners:

  1. The Warranty start date is determined by the original delivery date of the device.
  2. Within the first 6 months of ownership, there is no cost to the customer for using a loaner, except for the shipping fees.
  3. After 6 months but prior to the second year of ownership, a loaner will be supplied at a flat rate of $15.00 per day for a maximum of 14 days. (The start date is determined by the delivery date of the loaner.)
  4. In the second and third year of ownership, a loaner will be supplied at a flat rate of $25.00 per day for a maximum of 14 days. (The start date is determined by the delivery date of the loaner.)
  5. In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period, the repair facility will repair this product to its original operating condition or replace the device. All freight and insurance to and from the repair facility is not included.
  6. Repair delays, exceeding 3 days after the device has been received by the factory, will extend the 14 day limit for use of the loaner to 21 days.
  • Need a Loaner? Requirements and Information
  • When designated, Loaners require a $1,250.00 security deposit payable via credit card.
  • All shipping and related loaner use fees will be deducted from the security deposit upon return of the loaner.
  • Loaners can be used for a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Repair delays, exceeding 3 days after the device has been received by the factory, will extend the 14 day limit for use of the loaner to 21 days.
  • When an Out-of-Factory-Warranty Repair is required:
  • The start date is determined by the delivery date of the loaner.
  • The loaner is supplied at a flat rate of $35.00 per day.

+ About securing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • Review all the dropdown items in this section.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization Number [RMA] must be obtained from the repair facility before any products can be returned for service. The PEMF Device and/or any accessories must be delivered postage paid with the current owner’s name and address, proof of purchase (when requested) and description of difficulties encountered.
  • The PEMF Device and/or accessories need to be shipped to the address designated by the respective manufacturer (or vendor) in the return authorization.
  • Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser, or new owners with properly documented transfers of ownership only, provided the equipment has not been damaged due to:
    • Tampering
    • The case being opened, modified or damaged as a result of misuse
    • Accident
    • Water
    • Grit
    • Impact
    • Physically broken parts
    • Lack of proper care

+ How to generate a Repair Service Request

  • Fill out the Warranty/Repair Form, apply your electronic signature and submit it.
  • Once the above information has been submitted, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be provided by the repair facility.
    • Do not return the device without first obtaining an RMA. Please retain the RMA Number for your records.
  • You MUST ship your device within 7 days of the repair facility assigning the RMA Number, or the RMA will be voided and the repair facility will reject the delivery.
  • Do NOT send the power cord, even if it is damaged, or the AC adapter to the repair facility. A power cord or an AC adapter is considered expendable and is not covered under warranty. Replacements may be purchased on Amazon by [clicking here].[3][3]

+ Shipping your PEMF Device or accessory to the proper address

  • When remitting a Magnus Pro, HERO PRO or Regentron PEMF Device and/or loops, send them to the repair facility’s fulfillment center:

  • IMPORTANT: YOU MUST INCLUDE ALL YOUR LOOPS, MAG MAT AND MAG DISC, WITH THE ACTUAL DEVICE,
    • If you are required to send in the accessories, etc., everything will be tested by the repair facility.
    • If you are sending a spark gap device, it is possible that you may NOT be required to send your accessories, etc. to the repair facility when you receive the RMA #.
  • When remitting a Stsndard HERO PEMF Device or a HERO Mag Disc, send via Fedex or UPS Ground to: Daboo Designs - 4139 Winnepeg Ct Lexington, KY 40519.
  • When remitting a Hoof Pro Binding, send to the manufacturer’s fulfillment center at Equine Digital Support System, Inc. 506 State Hwy 115, Penrose, CO 81240 / Att: Chad Ovnicek.
  • IMPORTANT: Freight and insurance to and from the repair facility are not covered under the warranty terms, unless you request coverage.
    • If your device's repairs are completed the credit card (for shipping fees) will be used for return shipping fees.
    • Should you prefer to use your own shipping account, you will need to generate a shipping label in PDF format then email it to sales@magnusmagnetica.com. Email or call 859-600-1313 for box dimensions and weight.
  • When you ship your device or accessory for repair, please secure a tracking number and email it to [Sales@magnusmagnetica.com][4].

+ Shipping a device or accessory for repair from Canada

  • For international shipping, the tariff code typically used is 9801.00.1012.
  • The factory typically puts the declared and customs value at $1.00 as it is a repair and includes the description “NOT SOLD (COMMERCIAL) Warranty Repair Pulse Generator for Animals” or “Exercise Equipment.”
  • Please include in the package a note that says:
    • First & Last name of customer
    • RMA #___ Serial #___
    • Reason for the repair: ____
    • Your return shipping address: ___
    • Preferred return shipping speed (FedEx International Economy or Priority)

+ Expired Warranties

  • If your PEMF Device's warranty has expired and no Extended Limited Warranty exists, the customer is responsible for the cost of repair.
  • The repair fee is $150.00 per hour with a minimum one hour charge. An estimate of repair fees, oveer $500.00 will be provided prior to any repair work being performed.
  • Please be advised, an authorization will initially appear on your card as follows:
    • $750.00 - Tentative Out of Warranty Repair Charges
  • When the transportation and/or repair charges are invoiced, the above authorization will insure the actual credit card charge will not be declined.
  • NOTICE: You will not be able to submit the Repair/Service form without a credit card. If your device's repairs are completed under warranty terms and you have provided a return shipper account number, your credit card with NOT be used.

+ WARNING! How to and how NOT to ship your PEMF device

  • If possible, return the device in its original box.
  • If the original box is not available, place the device in a secure box and surround the unit with a generous supply of protective cushioning (NO FOAM PEANUTS).
  • Write the RMA # on the outside of the box.
  • Do NOT ever ship your PEMF Device to the repair facility (or any other location) only in its case. Common Carrier drivers and warehouse handlers do not understand that your PEMF Device contains sensitive electronic components and any sudden stress from dropping the PEMF Device may loosen the circuit board and other internal components.
  • If your PEMF Device arrives at the repair facility not properly boxed and protected, you run the risk of excessive damage that will not be covered under warranty. Additional repair costs will be incurred.

+ Eclipse Connector Recall

  • If you are requesting service for a Magnus Pro X2MP and have opted to replace the Eclipse Connectors with the factory's new proprietary connector shown below, your device does not have to be "IN WARRANTY" to benefit from a Connector Upgrade.
  • The procedure is as follows:
    • Before submitting this form please consider the the fact that there will be a loss of use of approximately two to three weeks between shipping back and forth and the Connector Upgrade process.
    • Once this submission is received the factory will place your request into a Connector Upgrade queue. If there is a large queue, it may take several weeks for the factory to generate the RMA number. Be patient!
    • Once the Factory generates a RMA number it will then be emailed to you.
    • The RMA will remain "OPEN" for 90 days from date the RMA is generated.
    • Your PEMF Device must be received by the Factory prior to the expiration date of the RMA.
    • If your PEMF device is received after the 90 days the package will be rejected and returned to Sender.
    • Buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping their device and all accessories to/from the factory.
    • A credit card wil be required to cover the costs of shipping from the Factory.
    • The actual cost of replacing the connectors on each accessory will be covered by the Factory.

+ Extended Limited Warranties - Pricing, Policies, Terms and Conditions

  • For newly purchased PEMF Devices and Additional Warranty Conditions:

    • Extended Limited Warranties are available as an optional purchase, unless agreed upon and documented on an invoice.
    • The signed invoice must specifically indicate an Extended Limited Warranty. If a new device does not indicate an Extended Limited Warranty, then only the Standard Warranty is applicable to the new PEMF Device.
    • If the buyer fails to fill out and remit the final checklist within 60 days of the actual delivery of a Standard HERO PEMF Device, any Extended Limited Warranty will be voided.
    • The purchase of a Standard HERO includes an automatic 1-year Extended Limited Warranty, if it is registeed withing 60 days or delivery.
    • Delivery loops, Mag Discs and Mag Mats are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of delivery.
    • In addition to the Standard Warranty, an Extended Limited Warranty, when purchased, is handled as a maximum out-of-pocket expense of $750.00 in any given year for maintenance or repairs for parts only.
    • This means any repairs, after the original Standard Warranty period expires, will never cost more than $750.00 in any given year during the Extended Limited Warranty period.
    • Be advised that an Extended Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of periodic maintenance for PEMF Devices fabricated with a spark gap chamber. Only the PEMF Systems, Inc repair facility can fix or replace a spark gap chamber.
    • An Extended Limited Warranty does not cover labor, delivery loops, Mag Discs, power cords or any accessories.
    • An Extended Limited Warranty included with the purchase of a new device will NOT be transferred to a new owner if the original buyer sells the device.

  • For Demo or Refurbished PEMF Devices

    • Demo or Refurbished devices, only sold through our Company, carry a minimum automatic 90-day Limited Warranty.
    • An Extended Limited Warranty is available for purchase for refurbished PEMF Devices within the first 30 days of delivery. After the 30 day period has passed (from delivery date) a refurbished PEMF Device Extended Limited Warranty is no longer available.
    • If a refurbished, used PEMF Device is ordered, the buyer may opt to purchase an Extended Limited Warranty as follows:
      • $500.00 for one additional year, or
      • $1,250.00 for three additional years
      • $2,000.00 for four additional years
      • $2,500.00 for seven additional years
    • Coverage will limit the buyer's maximum out of pocket expense to $750.00 in any given year for maintenance or repairs. This means any repairs will never cost more than $750.00 in any one year during the Extended Limited Warranty period, labor cost excluded.
    • NOTE: If any Factory Warranty is remaining on the refurbished device, at the time of repair, repairs are made at no additional cost to the buyer, with the exception of the cost to ship the device to and from the factory.
